Perfume
about the project
Perfume is a visualization project that translates scent into visual form through color, composition, and print. Centered around a single fragrance, the work deconstructs its notes and structure into a large-format poster, where gradients, layering, and spatial relationships reflect the complexity of olfactory experience.
This system is further expanded into a series of nine RISO prints, each focusing on individual scent components. By isolating and reinterpreting these elements, the project builds a modular visual language that moves between the whole and its parts. Rather than representing scent directly, the work explores how intangible sensory experiences can be reconstructed through graphic systems and print processes.
